- Load each skewer with one marshmallow and place on rack
- Place graham crackers on warming platform (top with chocolate squares, if desired)
- Rotate marshmallows after 30 seconds and remove from grill once the outsides are lightly brown
- Remove graham crackers and chocolate from warming platform
- Top with browned marshmallow and another graham cracker
