"Great set, nice value"
I own each of these knives, and only wish I could've purchased this set and enjoyed the savings. Each knife works great, and serves a specific purpose. As a set this is a better value, and a great gift idea for the cheese connoisseur

Excelent
I have used all 3. I am impressed with how well made they are. Very sharp must be careful with them not to cut you fingers.

Dec. 15 article in Wine Spectator showed the Rosle voided-blade cheese knife and mentioned its use. Sounded interesting.....and decided to take advantage of the set as a better value than just the cheese knife - especially with no shipping fee!

1 set is for a lovely lady living in rural Provence who hasn't updated her kitchen utensils in 40 years. The other set is to replace a gorgeous but non-functional set of my own.
