    Love these!
I have been a big fan of these tartlet shells for years, and always have a couple of boxes in my pantry! They make really quick and easy desserts, and you can fill them with so many delicious options! I usually fill with lemon curd and blackberries, but recently tried coconut curd and pineapple. That was a huge hit and they all disappeared

    mini tart delights
I like to use these tarts for large parties as it is easy to grab and eat vs cutting up a cake or pie...the tarts are delicious and allow me to offer a variety of different fillings...I always get tons of compliments...

I will be filling them with a cheese cake filling and a mousse filling. Can they be filled the night before, or will they get soggy?
    A shopper on Mar 5, 2015
Best Answer: Have never tried this, and not sure I understand. Is the filling being cooked the next day or does the filling just need to be refrigerated to set up? If they need to be cooked, the tart is so crisp that I think they would become soggy with a liquid filling staying in them for so long before being cooked.

One time we used chocolate and vanilla pudding, that had already cooled. The leftovers were not as good as the ones we ate right away. Yes, surprisingly, there were a few leftovers.

Where can I find filling recipes/suggestions for the tart shells?
    A shopper on Mar 16, 2015
Best Answer: From the manufacturer's website:
•The Red Tart Cherry, Caramelized Banana, Strawberry/Rhubarb, Key Lime, and Lemon Fruit·Tart are great on their own with a whipped cream garnish
•Start with Vanilla, or Lemon, Fruit·Tart as a base, then layer on fresh fruit, or another Fruit·Tart for layers of flavor!
