They seem to enhance vapor cooking.

Does this lid fit the 10" Stir-Fry Pan? The description of the pan suggests there is no lid. I have the older non-stick stir fry, same size, as far as I can tell.

Will this lid fit the all clad copper core 12 inch skillet?
Gina Q on Mar 5, 2015
Best Answer: It will fit, but it won't be a snug fit like an AllClad lid should be.

Is size measured on the inside our outside of the rim?

I was given an all-clad stainless saute pan as a gift a few years back, but it came without a lid. I tried measuring the pan, but while it's about 10.5 inches on the outside, it's about 11/5 on the outer rim.Would the 0.5 fit? Or are the measurements from the outside of the pans
A shopper on Feb 8, 2014
Best Answer: It sounds like you have the 3 qt saute pan, which is about 11 1/2"" on the outer most rim. The 10 1/2"" lid-measured on the inside of the rim-would fit the 3 qt saute pan
