My new salt pig!
These mini cocottes make great individual serving pieces and are perfect for oven to table presentation. They're also far more durable than the typical stoneware cocottes. But, I splurged on one to use as a salt pig. It's got a wide opening, a lid to keep out the dust, while taking up very little counter space and looking totally inconspicuous and far better than a traditional salt pig in the process
