This duck sampler includes three luxurious duck treats for the true fine-food connoisseur. Our tender, flavorful Pekin duck comes from a family farm in Milford, Indiana. Raised to D ’Artagnan’s exacting standards on a specially formulated grain diet, these birds are free from added hormones or antibiotics—and they boast more meat and less fat than any other white Pekin duckling produced in North America. The caliber of their all-natural upbringing shines in the meat itself. Delicately flavorful, but not so intense as Moulard, our Pekin is a favorite for roasting whole or using in Asian dishes—but it’s also wonderful in classic Duck à l’Orange or turned into a fabulous civet or salmis.

The duck and Armagnac sausage indulges in the flavors of Gascony with this robust sausage made from a mixture of duck and pork meat and a hefty splash of Armagnac, or French brandy. The sausages are preservative, hormone and antibiotic free.

Our all-natural smoked duck breast is made from Moulard duck breast—the cross-breed of Muscovy and Pekin ducks raised to produce foie gras, which also boasts a deeply flavorful meat. Its authentic smoky taste comes from our traditional slow-cooking method, using real hardwood hickory chips—no artificial flavors or liquid smoke short cuts here!

Finally, the duck leg confit is made from the meatiest, most succulent moulard duck legs we can find and slowly stewed with herbs and spices to create our delicious signature duck leg confit, also known as “preserved” duck leg or confit de canard.
