can this be used as a prime rib cutting knife

I am looking for a long slicing knife preferably 12"" but I don't want the 35mm width I need something more narrow about 20m

BEST ANSWER: Because this knife specifies that it is ""he ultimate specialty knife designed solely for the paper-thin slicing of this delicate cut of fish"", using it on a prime rib is not recommended
