Description

Made of heavyweight aluminized steel for exceptional heat conductivity and durability, this professional bakeware features the Ifalon nonstick finish, which won’t chip or peel, and is 10 times more durable than traditional nonstick coatings. Also features folded corners and thick, reinforced rolled edges to prevent warping. Aluminized steel is corrosion resistant and dishwasher safe. Oven safe to 550°. Makes two baguettes.

Love this pan!
Bought this pan a few years ago to bake pepperoni and spinach breads. I just spray a little ""Bakers Joy"" on the pan and the bread slides out perfectly when done. The perforated pan allows air to flow through so you get an even golden crust on your breads. This is such a great product that I've given this as a gift to other bread bakers

Great Pan
Love these pans - loaves came out looking like they were bought at the bakery! No stick - easy to use - there will be more homemade bread in my house.

Will cornmeal fall thru holes in bottom of pan?

BEST ANSWER: The mesh holes in this pan are very small, but I imagine a little cornmeal would still manage to fall through
What are the dimensions of the double baguette pan?

I have a small counter top oven and need a 12 inch or smaller baguette pan.
