HAND MADE Global’s sleek, razor-sharp cutlery is an excellent choice for professional chefs and discerning home cooks alike. This sashimi knife features a long, thin blade ideal for slicing delicate raw fish in the traditional “hiri kiri” (“cut by pulling”) manner.

Lightweight design features perfect balance, helping reduce hand fatigue and providing you with greater control. Ergonomic, molded handle ensures comfortable slicing, and Global’s signature dimple pattern provides a stronger grip. Seamless construction from a single piece of high-tech CROMOVA stainless steel eliminates food and dirt traps. Since only the right side of the blade is sharpened, this knife isn’t suitable for left-handed cooks.

Effortless and extreme
Beautiful knife, and does a better job than any other slicer I've tried. The weight of the blade allows you to lightly pull the knife through your food, resulting in precise, and unbelievably thin cuts. You may soon find yourself using this as a back-up to your chef knife
