because I like the non stick idea, the mini idea, and the popover idea! Popovers add a touch of class to a festive meal. I have been unable to find the mini pans.

does this pan work for cream puffs?
A shopper on Dec 21, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Using this pan for cream puffs will make very large pastries.

I would recommend just a regular baking sheet lined with a silpat or parchment paper. This pan works eat for popovers!
How long do I cook the popovers in the mini pan?
Noreen C on Dec 27, 2015
BEST ANSWER: 10 minutes on 450 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees & continue baking 15-20 minutes I used stonewall kitchen traditional popover mix. Also preheat popover pan , brush with melted butter before filling cups. These were great!!
Do I need to apply oil or Pam to this pan prior to adding the popover mix?
Marianne P on Mar 26, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I have only used my pan a couple of times and did add some brushed on butter before putting the batter in the pan but more for flavoring than need. The pans are very slick and non-stick. I would argue the popovers would pop out without any assistance. But the butter is a nice flavor addition and might help crisp the popovers if hot when the batter is added.
what makes it nonstick?
A shopper on Dec 15, 2014
BEST ANSWER: The finish. Like any nonstick finish on a pan or pot. I don't know the technology if that is what you are asking. It's well applied--and they definitely don't stick. I've used them a couple of times and the popovers come out great. Let me know if you have more questions. Thanks.
