In love!
If you can't tell by the title, I am in love with my jelly roll pan. It is so versatile and I've used it for a million different things, including melding hard candy. It was a pricy item for me to purchase (as I was a college student at the time) but has become an integral part to my kitchen.

The metal has not warped, it can take a good scrubbing, it has not rusted, and my cookies are always cooked evenly. I've purchased more Chicago Metallic pans from my experience with this one item

Used to love this company
I have been baking exclusively with Chicago Metallic pans for 20 years. I was EXTREMELY disappointed to recently discover that after 100+ years, some knucklehead running the company decided to start making this product in China.
Why??? I have never once discovered any tried and true product that has been improved by shutting down and outsourcing to China, and do not want to risk it. I have always trusted this company for its continuity, and now it is made by a completely different outsourced company

Help
Have not used product yet- problem- rubber stuff used to tack down care instructions got very cold in shipment and will not come off. I ran warm water over pan and some came off still a residue. Just for your information

Sticky Mess
For the life of me, I cannot get the sticky goo off the pan that was left over from the label. I have tried everything, including baking soda which turned dark grey. I assume it scrubbed the top coating off? Terrible choice of adhesive. I will definitely be returning this product

Perfect sheet pan
When I watch cooking shows, a lot of time I watch it just too see what product they use. Almost all chefs that I have seen use this kind of a pan, so I decided to try it also. I definitely will be buying more and hoping to replace all my ""cheap"" non-stick pans. This pan is very sturdy and it doesn't slide all over the oven rack

great sheet pan
I ordered this product a few months ago and am happy to report that it is holding up very well after extensive use. No rusting, no discoloration. I should also mention that my initial order had a few dents, and Sur La Table issued me a free replacement and told me I could keep the first pan as well. Great service & great product. Highly recommende
