Wonderful
I have only used this pan a few times, but I am amazed by the difference in quality of baked goods produced. Easy to use without paper baking cups (just generously butter); I think the most significant improvement over other muffin pans is that, using the same recipes, I have had much moisture results with this one. Quite attractive and solid feeling as well

Is this uncoated aluminized steel or does it have a nonstick finish? Thanks!
A shopper on Feb 21, 2013
Best Answer: This does not have a nonstick finish. I use it with paper liners. If I am out of liners, it works just as well if I butter the cups. It is an excellent muffin tin. Soaking and the gentle use of a non-scouring soft sponge get it clean easily enough

How to use this with moist dough?

I purchased this product from your store in Seattle but when I went to bake muffins today, I had to put a sheet pan under it as the dough for the bran banana muffins would just go through the hole. Is this what's intended? Do I adjust the temperature or time due to the extra layer? Some of them came out of the pan fine and some were stuck on the bottom to the sheet pan, which made a hole in the bottom of the muffin. Please advise

Best Answer: This muffin pan does not have holes in it. Is it possible that you purchased the mini cheesecake pan with the removable bottoms?
