Great Pan
After considerable practice with both, this pan will, in my opinion, produce a better pizza than a pizza stone. Either way (pan or stone) will take some experimenting to see what works best in your oven. It also works better than older perforated pans I have, which have more, smaller holes.

I was putting together a set of items for a wedding gift. All the things to have fun making pizza at home, except the cheese. Pizza pans, Flour, Sauce, a cool pizza cutter (some people are afraid of those sharp pizza wheels), and finally a neat marble rolling pin. Voila - happy wedding present and happy wedding guest. It all came up to about a hundred dollars.

Perfectly crisps homemade dough!

I chose this pizza crisper because I wanted my pizza dough to be more like a pizza parlor pizza. I have a smart oven which I purchased some time ago. At that time it included a solid round pizza pan. But the pizza never cooked enough to be crispy. When I saw this pizza crisper as being a part of the smart oven line I wanted to try it. Hopefully it will be a Great item!!
I compared prices and found yours to be the best.
Thank you!

Can you cut your pizza directly on the pan? Would the pizza cutter/roller damage the pan?
