I use my Chef Knife nearly every day. It's amazing how one knife has made work in the kitchen so much easier! Chopping and dicing is a breeze with a good quality knife. It's beautifully made, stays sharp, and feels really good in my hand

Fabulous knife!
I first held this knife in the Sur la Table knife skills class. It just fit my hand. I've used it for over a year now, and love it. It stays sharp, with a quick run along my steel, and cuts everything I've asked it to do

A Great Medium Go-To Knife
I use this knife (6"") for all my medium cutlery jobs, and it is extremely reliable. Give it a good sharpening and it will be like brand-new every time

"My ""Go-To"" knife!"
I have 23 knives in my collection and this one has just risen to the top of the list. The blade stays sharp with just a few brushes of my steel and the shorter blade makes it so much more versatile than my 8"" and 10"" chef knives. It's like the roadster of knives...quick, zippy and agile

How much wider are the 8-inch and 10-inch "wide" chefs than the regular Classic chef's? Could you list the dimensions of each to compare?

BEST ANSWER: The Classic wide blades are 1/4" wider than the Classic blades. Classics are 8-10" long & 1 3/4" wide. Classic wides are 8-10" long & 2" wide.

BEST ANSWER: It's set at 15°. I suggest leaving it at that angle.

BEST ANSWER: It's a very light weight knife I use everyday it has very comfortable grip it slices, dices and chomps like a pro. Wusthof classic knives are the best
