Great all purpose rack
I mainly bought this rack to make baked fries crispy, and it did not disappoint. I also use it to cool my pies on too

Which pan does this baking rack fit?

description says it fits inside a large baking sheet - which one?
A shopper on Dec 9, 2013
Best Answer: A large bakesheet would be a half sheet or larger. You can put it in any pan that's 13 x 18 or larger.

What temperature is this good up to. Can it go to 475 degrees F?
A shopper on Dec 6, 2014
Best Answer: I purchased this rack to use on my half sheets, but, it is too large. When I contacted customer service, they advised me that the grid style rack which you can find at: http://www.surlatable.com/product/PRO-8771/Stainless+Steel+Baking+and+Cooling+Rack is a better product for roasting as it is 18 gauge stainless and will not peel . Apparently the rack I purchased, and that you are asking about, may do so. The cost of the other rack is considerably higher at 24.95. I purchased it and actually have not yet tried it out, but, reviewers suggest that they have used it at 450 without any problems. (It is a grid-style which may make clean-up more difficult.) It seems odd that it is not easier to find a good roasting rack, doesn't it?

will item suport 25 lb turkey

Can this rack support a 25 lb turkey?
A shopper on Nov 4, 2012
Best Answer: Flat all-purpose rack is perfect for baking or cooling baked goods. Can be used inside large baking sheet to hold food above pan surface for better heat flow and consistent baking. This product was made primarily for baked goods and was not designed to be used with a 25 pound turkey. We do carry racks that will support that kind of weight and I have attached a couple of suggestions below.
