Great for Individual Dishes
I used these for individual lasagnas. Just the right size for individual meals. A smaller size would have required another side dish. I also served a small side salad and everyone was happy. Clean up was a breeze and storage is easy.

Would the 10" be good to make chicken pot pies in??
Sandy G on Feb 23, 2015
Best Answer: I think it would be a great vessel for the pot pies. What I love about these ramekins is the depth. Quite deep, which should fit a nice amount of filling.

I'm making individual lasagnas. What would be the best size? 10 oz or 18 oz?
Deborah R on Dec 29, 2015
Best Answer: We use the 10 oz to serve onion soup gratinee which works very well as for using the 10 or 18 oz , my first thought would be to use a dish that was not so tall, something with more surface area . If the 18oz has a wider diameter and the same or slightly shorter in height then I would choose the 18 oz. hope this helps and happy cooking.
