I have used these since bought them on site in houston store 10 years ago. I keep these in the silver and gold. the silver i give to friends and daughters who have stainless steel sinks and the gold to brown and copper and others. They last longer and work better and do not scratch caphalon and new pans. clean well and clean out well and look nice for a long time. I order these all the time but they last so long. I enjoy the gold and am never without a spare for myself.
I've been using these for years now, in silver, to go with my stainless steel sink. I sort of hate to give them this great review, cause too often I find they are out of stock. This time, I ordered 15 of them online!! So I am set for a while. They are simply the most efficient, hardest working scrubbers, while also being easy to hold and tender on your non-stick pots and pans. I hope they NEVER quit carrying these
This sponge really holds its shape! And what I love most is its wider width-- about 1"" (thicker than the average nylon scrubbers), which makes it easier and more comfortable to really get in there to scrub.
I purchased the gold and silver which have metallic threads woven through. Haven't tried the other colors
Will these scratch glass? I have a steam shower with glass tiles. The ceiling tiles are covered with water residue. Will these pads scratch the glass tiles? I was told by the manufacturer of the cleaning product to use it with a nylon pad. This is the only one I have found. Will this pad scratch the glass tiles?

Best Answer:Not sure if it will scratch glass tiles, but I use the gold/silver nylon scrubbers on our glassware (including Bodum's double wall glasses, and Schott Zwiesel's Universal Tumblers..which are both fairly thin walled) on a daily basis and it hasn't scratched them up
