Made by Chicago Metallic, this commercial weight aluminum pan is dishwasher safe, with a nonstick interior and nonstick roasting and broiling rack to make cleanup a breeze. For easy handling, the pan has 18/10 stainless steel handles. 17" x 12" x 3".  
Made of heavyweight aluminized steel for exceptional heat conductivity and durability, this professional bakeware features the Ifalon nonstick finish, which won’t chip or peel, and is 10 times more durable than traditional nonstick coatings.

Roasting rack included for even cooking and moving meats to carving or serving platters. Pan and rack are easy to clean, dishwasher safe and have a limited lifetime warranty. Oven safe to 550°F. Made in China.
