Very comfortable in hand, light but very sharp, holds an edge well, and well balanced make this my new favorite. I have had for a few months but it has me now considering other Shun knives to add to my collection. Pricey, but worth the cost

I just bought an 8"" Shun Chef knife. I want to make sure that shun knife is for both left & right handed users?
