I don't know why these natural bristle brushes are so hard to find. Holds up to hot water and scrubbings much better than plastics. I use this for cleaning cast iron pans with hot water (no soap, no boiling off the oil out of the metal) . Works great. Also a great vegetable cleaning brush
I use this brush for cleaning my (well-seasoned) cast iron pots and pans. It works great, keeps my hands from getting in the grease, looks nice in my kitchen, and doesn't get as gross as the dobie sponge I used to use. The bristles are well-attached and don't fall out even when used in hot water. I've used it for months, washing it occasionally, and haven't needed to replace it yet.
Mine is well-made, doesn't seem to be any particular brand, and has a ""made in Taiwan"" sticker on it. It gets daily use, and I plan on replacing it every 3-6 months
I have used these brushes for washing dishes for over 30 years. Use to be able to find them at hardware store, then they discontinued them. Found on here. Still love them, but am disappointed these don't last as long as the originals by the same maker.
I bought one some time ago, made in Taiwan, and it was excellent. I'm wondering if these are still made in Taiwan
