Second knife ever owned
I can't say anything bad about this knife. I mean it holds an edge very well, can be beat up over a long period of time and it is inexpensive. Who can ask for any better than that? This knife lasted me six good years and could have lasted me more if it wasn't for my current knife. Comfortable when in hand, well balanced and light this knife is a wonderful tool for anyone starting in the culinary field or for anyone trying to hone some knife skills. A definite thumbs up
