This hint for melting will.. save you some chocolate : melt in a small metal bowl which is a little larger than a small pot of simmering water...as soon as it starts to melt and stick to the sides of the bowl, gently whisk and stir constantly til fully melted and no lumps remain.if you're using it to decorate add 1 to 2 tsp.Crisco shortening(depending on how much chocolate you're melting) and continue to whisk til incorporated.
