    Smooth peelin'
This is my favorite tool in the kitchen aside from my knives when they were brand new or recently sharpened! Peels very smoothly (carrots, potatoes & cukes are what I mostly use it with) but have enjoyed the job every time!! Seems to stay sharp, I've had mine for about 2 years, use at least 2-3x /week

    Perfect for Zucchini Pad Thai!
I started a paleo diet and got the idea to make zucchini noodles as a pasta/noodle substitute. My boyfriend and I now make zucchini pad thai almost every week thanks to the ease of using this julienne peeler from Rosle. It's sharp and effective. It's a little tedious to clean but I don't think there's any way around that. Strongly recommend!

I have many kitchen tools by Rosle. The quality of the product leaves all other brands lacking. The price point is very reasonable considering the fine workmanship of the tools!!

I would like a more efficient way to have julienned potatoes, zucchini, etc. No time to slice each tiny bit.
