beautiful machine
Im a coffee purist, so of course the best coffee comes from the best, most freshest beans. I get mine from a local roaster (Kean coffee in Newport Beach). No machine can compensate that.

That being said, this machine brings out the best flavor and texture. boils up quickly as well (even on low). The only downside is that its hard to tell when all the water has been boiled from the bottom. I get around that by first pouring the water in the top compartment so i know where the water line will be once it boils.

yea, it serves 6 Italians. But Im American so it feeds 3 lol The design however is stunning (yay for Italians!). Leave it out on your stove and smile

Makes great coffee!
I love this little pot! After having coffee made from this, everything else tastes like water. I adjust the grind and amount so that I have one very good cup of coffee
