This mandolin is SHARP! take my word for it, thanksgiving and the julienne sweet potatoes... wont go into the gory details, but if you want a sharp hand held mandolin this is a good quality one with a lot of features
This is a great value for a sharp, wonderful mandoline. It does a wonderful job on slicing potatoes etc. Easy to use and clean. Ceramic blades are very sharp (I like that!) so follow the directions and use the hand guard
