The Salad Chef from BonJour is designed to perfectly emulsify ingredients to prepare delicious salad dressings effortlessly. Simply pour the ingredients into the carafe, push down to activate the battery powered mixer and watch as the ingredients quickly become a tasty salad dressing. The Salad Chef mixer has a stainless steel stem, plastic blade and easy grip body. When your done mixing your dressing, simply remove the mixer and the container becomes as a handy carafe! It includes an airtight stopper to keep dressing fresh. There are four recipes on the carafe and ten more recipes in a separate full color interactive booklet which is included.
