5.75 qt. black coq au vin
I LOVE my cocotte...everything about this pot is fabulous. I had never had one (I am 72) and don't think I will ever put this away in a cabinet. It has produced the best chili, best baked beans and best pot roast I have ever made or tasted. Nothing sticks. It is everything you may have read as to how wonderful Staub is...and I will be getting a larger one...perhaps a 7 qt. round one next. Love, love, love this pot!
