Makes great crepes
This was my first experience making crepes and this pan really made it easy. I bought the larger pan (10.25) because the crepes I had in Paris were pretty large so I wanted to try to duplicate them at home. This pan is made in France, and like everything French, it is well made. And the non-stick surface is amazing, the crepes just slide right off

Best Crepe Pan Ever!
I love this pan! I have been making crepes for over years on a cast iron pan then purchased the deBeyer blue steel pan which was great! Only thing is that it was not much lighter than the cast iron and as I am older, I like this lighter non stick pan. I always roll the batter in my pan and this pan is perfect! Hefty enough to feel good and light enough to pick up and roll batter. The crepes just slide right off after cooking and it is so easy to use! Love, love, love it

Great on breakfast: eggs, bacon, sausage, crepe...a must have if you have only stainless steel cookware at home

Works great
I've been making crêpes for a while on different skillets: cast iron, ceramic non-stick, but none worked as well as this one. If you spread just a little bit of butter before pouring your batter, it will flow like on ice. Crêpes don't stick, come off really easy and are easy to handle. The 10.25" is a good size if you want to stuff the crêpes after they are baked. Definitely recommend.

I have 2 crepe maker machines that don't really work. Will try this simpler method guessing it will only take a little practice to get it right.

I have owned two of these crepe pans before; they only last a year or two but the smaller size is wonderful and they make great crepes. This was for my 8 year old granddaughter, and I did not want a real heavy pan.

My old crepe pan was looking shabby and the nonstick was wearing off. This was on sale so I thought I would give it a try.

It reminded me of the time Marie and a few of the other international french student stayed at my house and we made crepes together. It was delicious and we had a great time making and eating the crepes!

I do not have a crepe pan and need one to make a decent crepe. My omelet pan just won't do the same job. I like the smaller size.
Ruth W on Jan 17, 2015
I liked the comment in one of the reviews about the item being light weight as I too pour my batter and swirl to thin out.

Great way for crepe desserts
Nick P on Dec 12, 2014
Need a 2d crepe pan. One reviewer mentioned these pans were lighter than the blue steel pans, and since I roll my batter around the pan I didn't want a heavy pan.

BEST ANSWER: 5-layer PTFE coating, guaranteed PFOA-free.
What size crepe does the 8.75 pan make ?
A shopper on Oct 18, 2014
BEST ANSWER: This pan makes a 7" crepe.
Does this work on induction stove?
Prachi S on Aug 8, 2014
BEST ANSWER: No, these are not induction compatible.
Can i fry or cramble eggs on this pan without sticking?
Chichi H on Apr 12, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I've used this pan dozens of times to make crepes. I've never tried eggs alone in it. But there are 3 eggs in my crepe recipe. I use no butter or oil in the pan for my crepes. And I can flip them over perfectly every time. The pan cleans easily as well. Just make sure the pan is hot enough before you add the crepe liquid.
Who knows how heavy it is?
A shopper on Sep 29, 2015
BEST ANSWER: The 8.75" pan weighs 1 lb. 1.5 oz.
