Japanese chefs prefer whetstones over oilstones because they’re quicker and cleaner to use. This 1000/6000 whetstone is for finishing a highly-polished knife edge with razor sharpness. Before you use it, simply put the sharpening stone into water for about five minutes (do not store it in water) and you’re ready to create finished edges that cut effortlessly.
Care: Rinse after each use. Do not store in water or expose to temperatures below 0°C.

Good combination of medium and finishing grit, also comes with the base. A nice option for people that want to keep their Japanese steel sharp but don't want to spend a lot of money or take up a lot of space.
Your description doesn't give the dimensions of this whetstone, so I can't really compare it with the other two that you offer, both of which have their dimensions listed; King - 8"" x 2"" x 1"" and Zwilling - 6.75"" x 3"
