Great Little Thermometer for My Lattes!
I have been looking for a simple thermometer to measure the temperature of my steamed milk for my Lattes and other espresso drinks. I have had other thermometers in the past but they did not register fast enough and I ended up with overcooked milk.

This is a simple thermometer that registers from 120-180 F. It has a clip that works nicely with my steaming pitcher. You can adjust the thermometer up and down so that it is positioned nicely in your milk. I have found that turning off the steam knob on my espresso machine right before it turns 140F makes perfect milk for my lattes as the temperature does continue to climb after steaming has been stopped.

Great thermometer for steaming milk. Highly recommend
