Perfect little cakes!
I bought this pan for Valentine's Day treats to hand out....Honestly, I was worried that the cakes would be hard to get out of the pan, and that they wouldn't be very detailed. I sprayed each individual cup and then dried each a little with a paper towel- to my delight the cakes came out easier, showed perfect detail, did not stick, and were perfectly moist! I love this pan! Next I am going to do chocolates! For a tip I used a dense cake recipe that contained buttermilk- This kept the cake moist and I believe helped make the detail fully sho

I have a new favorite pan.
I like baking small treats but usually cut shapes out of a sheet cake. The Nordic Ware tea cakes and candies pan is not cheap but it has become my favorite. The shapes are lovely and bite size and the cakes come out perfectly formed with no sticking. I have tried regular white cake, lemon poppy seed and pound cake so far and all worked beautifully. Dipping them in a thin glaze also retained the shape and added to the taste. Everyone who has tasted them loves them and says the size is just perfect for a bite of sweet without too much calorie damage. I plan to use this pan repeatedly during the holidays for gift boxes of cakes

How do I get candy to release?

The Bundt tea cake pan is great on cake if sprayed with oil but how do I get chocolate to release?
A shopper on Dec 12, 2012
Best Answer: You shouldn't have any trouble with the chocolate releasing from this mold as long as it is completely set. Allow the chocolates to completely set at room temperature or in the refrigerator, then turn the mold upside-down and gently tap them out of the mold
