Favorite Tool in the Kitchen
This knife is used more than any other tool in our kitchen. It is razor sharp and has not dulled yet. The perfectly thin slices that I can achieve are truly amazing. I have top-of-the-line German steel knives that are collecting dust in our knife block. I'll need to buy another because my wife wants her own!

Nicely done
I've had the chance to use everything from a $10 ceramic from a discount retailer to expensive Henckels chefs' knives. True, this doesn't cut quite like a good quality steel knifethe extra heft of the steel knife can be helpful depending on the situation. But then again, this doesn't cost nearly what a steel knife does, and retains its (incredibly sharp) edge for a lot longer. I'm extremely impressed by this knife

Very sharp but....
A very unintentional action will cause it to chip very easily. I'm heartbroken since I really loved this knife! A small flick of the wrist in the wrong way and you have a very sharp useless knife.

Trendy
This knife is not as sharp as a good knife. It can shatter if you drop it. Hypothetically it doesn't dull, but mine chipped before I could find out. Ceramic knives are a trend and some people love them. I just didn't like it
