Great to use!
Works great and doesn't make a mess all over the counter. Matches my marble rolling pin and marble pastry board. Used this pestal on crystal rock which is hard to grind and it banged it down to powder if I wanted to go that far. Nice size.

Would it grind chia seeds?
Debbie M on Jun 7, 2015
Best Answer: Sorry. I messed up. Grinding anything more than two tablespoons of anything requires a little more elbow grease. But you can't really go wrong with a M&P... For larger quantities you can always use a cheapo coffee grinder.
