Pastry Cloth and Rolling Pin Cover
I have baked pies for my family for over 45 years and this is a tool which I can't live without. I really like this one as it's large enough for prepping dough and after flouring the surface, the cloth softens up quite a lot

Very good!
I liked the Pastry Cloth and pastry cover for the rolling pin very much. Be sure to use flour before using the cloths. I am using the Regency Pastry Cloth Set at least of one week making a pie.

It is what my Grandmother used when making pastry and Christmas shortbread. I've never been able to match her - and my chef-to-be grandson deserves a great start to his career

I like to bake pies and have found out over the years that the cover and rolling on the cloth are easier and you don't need as much flour. I haven't had one for a while so I am buying 2.

Don't like to keep flouring a rolling pin - seems to make the dough stiff. Wanted to try one.

My dear Mother gave me one of these sets years ago and I have used it for pie crusts, gingerbread men, biscuits, cookies, etc. Just love it and wouldn't think of rolling out pastry without it. My pastry cloth and rolling pin cover are almost worn out so I am ordering one for me and one for my new son-in-law who is an avid cook and baker.
Marjorie W on Sep 5, 2016
Because I find it easier to make a thin crust with a pastry cloth.

I need one for when I do gluten free baking. My other one is for regular flour

Used to use this item years ago. Decided it would be a good idea with wood rolling pin. Wasn't needed when I used the marble rolling pin.

I chose this to assist with small spaces dedicated to baking in my limited-space kitchen. I also like to have surfaces that prevent excess flour being incorporated into dough during processing.
