Have used one of these before, and really like them. I especially like how they are easy to use, and clean. Sanitizing silicone brushes for food purposes is a must for me, otherwise I have to rebuy brushes often is they are bristle.

The registrant asked for a pie dish on another registry. Also, the main gift I am giving on this registry is a silicone pastry mat, so I thought these two items went well together.

One of the best types of pastry brushes. Its easy clean up because of the silicone but also has that panel in the middle that holds product like a natural bristle brush.
Jacqueline M on Nov 17, 2014
bristles will not rest on tabletop. need a delicate but sturdy brush to remove extra flour from pasta dough.
