No paper cutting
I love these precut sheets, you don't have to grab a roll of parchment and pull and cut it and hope you get a straight cut and the correct size. They fit a standard cookie sheet and larger cookie sheets, I also use one to line my 13x9 brownie pan so I can pull out the whole pan of brownies after they have cooled for easier cutting. I wouldn't be without these.

Parchment Sheets that Save You Time
These pre-cut Parchment Sheets are the absolute best!! I don't have to worry about cutting the sheet to fit. They fit my cookie sheets and/or Jelly roll pans perfectly. It doesn't get any better that that.

Why did you choose this?
Sur La Table Store
I love that they are flat and not on a roll so it doesn't curl up at the edges when it's on the sheet.

Are these sheets silicone treated?
A shopper on Jan 3, 2016
Best Answer: I don't believe they are silicone treated, they appear to be basic parchment baking sheets. Don't worry about sticking with these sheets, I bake various cookie and pastries on them often and never have a problem. Just this past Christmas I bake a triple batch of cookies and only used one sheet per pan and did not change sheets after each baking, so basically they remained non stick even after they had been used to bake a tray of cookies. You will find other uses for these, cut them into small squares to line muffin pans and make rustic looking muffins. They will not burn in the oven during normal temps and baking times.
