I've heard this is good for chopping things fast. Is it really that much better than a regular knife? Want to get one for my son who loves to cook, but is it something one really uses a lot?
Karen E on May 10, 2015
Best Answer: Yes I use it almost daily it's easy to clean. It cuts a lot of ingredients and can be used much faster than a regular knife and is safe. However, a professional chef might be able to cut faster with a standard knife due to them having so much experience. The knife was a little costly but it's sturdy and quality, I do not regret the purchase at all and have considered buying it for others as a gift
