I wanted to try and make polenta. I live far out in the country and am disabled. going to a supermarket is a pilgrimage that is very difficult for me to make. I depend on others. mail order gives me a selection. I don't feel so helpless and can give my family quality ingredients in their meals. and new things we have only one diner near by and the food is very institutional.
