Cookie Sheet liners. They are 6 years old and get a lot of use. I use them for my designer cookies, the kind that are awful to get off of the pan without them. She relies on them for the wonderful Cibatta and other artisan breads she bakes, They deliver a perfect crust on my French bread as well. We put the breads on the liners for the last rise and then slide both liner and loaf onto our baking stone and cook them just that way. Neither of us would be without them and I came here tonight to buy some as gifts for our daughters. Yes, the sheets will darken. They will also get a bit sticky sometimes. Just wash them gently with mild dish soap and water then dry thoroughly and the stickiness will go away. Doesn't hurt them a bit. When they say you can use them thousands of times they are not kidding.... Buy 'em, try 'em.. you won't be sorry.
