Exquisite Cocoa!
I have used so many cocoa powders in my baking and this has become my favorite. The flavor is absolutely divine, exquisite, sublime. I do a lot of semi-professional baking and make a lot of buttercream icings and this cocoa makes an unbelievable chocolate icing. It is on the pricy side, but worth it. Therefore I use it in recipes or baked goods that need to make an impression (and it does)

Unbelievably good
I don't know where I got the first one of these. I never would have guessed it is made in Burlingame, CA! It is unbelievably good sprinkled on ice cream or used in homemade hot cocoa. Chocolate lovers: you must try this! Mocha lovers, too.

Same as Dutch-processed cocoa?

Can I use this in recipes that calls specifically for Dutch-processed cocoa? Would it have the same taste/affect?
