Plus, each blade is laser tested to ensure desired sharpness and correct cutting angle. Triple-riveted, full-tang handles are contoured to fit comfortably in the hand.

Ideal for boneless meats, fish, and vegetables, this santoku knife features oval indents on the blade to reduce sticking and friction.

difference between wustof gourmet line and grand prix santoku knives?

Best Answer: The Gourmet knife has a triple riveted resin handle, whereas the Grand Prix has an ergonomically designed rivetless handle.
The Gourmet knife does not have a bolster, whereas the Grand Prix does.
The Gourmet knife an 18 1/2° angle, were as the Grand Prix has a 14° angle.
The Gourmet has a stamped blade, whereas the Grand Prix has a forged handle.
