Home made ravioli is such fun!
I first used this product in a Sur la Table cooking class, and was hooked! Since then, I've used this to make several kinds of ravioli, including a classic butternut squash with brown butter, sage, and truffle salt. Absolutely delicious! It's also fun when cooking with friends over a bottle of wine.

With ravioli, your possibilities are endless! You can satisfy the meat lover, the vegetarian, or opt for something healthy and light (ricotta & greens, anyone?). You can also use any kind of dough, whether traditional, sundried tomato, spinach, whole wheat, and on and on.

Best of all, this set is quick and easy to use. Just lay your pasta sheet over the tray, fill each pocket, lay another pasta sheet over the top, and by using the included roller to roll over the top, you cut out each ravioli. So simple!

Fresh pasta is not only delicious, and impressive for guests, but it also cooks quickly so you don't have to wait for your delicious meal. This set is a fun way to involve kids, or surprise your guests or special someone. And the possibilities for the dough and filling allow you to indulge your creative side.

Finally, clean-up is a breeze with warm soapy water
