This rice cooks uniformly without overcooking and amalgamates well with condiments. It has a long and tapering grain with a central-side pearl and is excellent for rice salad, pilaf rice and risotto. Rice cooks in about 16 minutes.
Our friend, an Italian chef, said this was the best for risotto and is what he uses at his home at Lake Garda, Italy! Excellent quality. Cooks up perfectly. Also great to use leftover risotto for aroncini.
