How to care for pan. Have you used abrasives on this pan? No opinions, please.

Best Answer: This pan cleans up very easy. Had burned some BBQ sauce on pan while cooking turkey burgers in oven. Soaked in sink with water for a few minutes and used a Dobie to clean up pan with little effort. Have not used abrasives on this pan but did on a pan similar it changed the finish and ended up tossing the pan. Hope this helps.

can this pan be used to sear meat on an induction cooktop?
