The wide and shallow pan makes stirring easy, while its flared sides encourage rapid reduction and flavor concentration. Plus, an ergonomically designed long handle and a short helper-handle make the pan easy to move around the stove.

Handcrafted in France from sturdy enameled cast iron this saucier delivers precise and responsive temperature control and holds the steady low-to-medium heat required for many delicate sauces.

The pan′s heavy lid seals in moisture and flavor and includes a steam vent to prevent sauce from boiling over. Works with any stovetop heat source and is oven safe up to 375°F. Colorful, long-lasting exterior enamel resists chipping and cracking. Enameled interior won′t absorb odors and cleans up easily in the dishwasher or with warm, soapy water.
