Ideal roasting pan
Purchased this from SLT because I frequently roast a spatchcocked chicken and this is the ideal size pan for such tasks. It is, I think, an eleven inch French skillet with two short handles. All-Clad quality, easy clean up, and easy storage. After some years of hard use it still looks brand new. If you frequently roast things smaller than a turkey, this is a must have, in my opinion
