Description

Oh the beloved tradition of rosettes, the irresistible deep-fried Swedish cookies sprinkled with sugar. Timbales are deep-fried Swedish cookies filled with fresh fruit or savory appetizers filled with chicken, fish, or vegetables.

The tools are easy to use, and cookies and pastries slide off easily—so go ahead, be inventive and create your own pastry traditions. Set includes an easy-to-use handle, three rosettes, three timbales forms and a batter recipe on the back of each box.

Hand wash. Cast aluminum. Each cast-aluminum form is approximately 2¾" across. Made in the USA.

We used to make rosette cookies when I was little, mostly at Christmastime. I have not made them for a very long time. I was thinking about them the other day, had a gift card from your store from Christmas and decided to use it on this.

How deep are the irons?

Best Answer: The smooth edge irons are about 1/2" tall. The others with the wavy edge are about 3/4" to 7/8" tall.
