Rub is a delicious blend of light-brown sugar, sugar granulated, onion salt, celery salt, paprika, smoked salt, black pepper, chili powder, mustard ground, poultry seasoning, ginger, all spice, cayenne.
Use after cooking as seasoned salt or before cooking as a cure by rubbing it into meat, then letting the meat marinate in the refrigerator for several hours. Just a small amount delivers the authentic flavor of traditional barbecue.
