Nordic Ware, founded in 1946, is a family-owned American manufacturer of kitchen products. From its home office in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Nordic Ware has been marketing an extensive line of quality cookware, bakeware, microwave and barbecue products for the past 60-plus years.
I own dozens of Nordicware Bundt products, and one of my most frequent headaches is that the pan (usually 10-12 cups) is too small to accommodate the recipe (such as a double batch of quick bread), resulting in overflow or wasted batter.
However, the Anniversary Bundt is a generous 15 cups, allowing you to experiment with larger-yield cake and quick bread recipes without the hassle of chasing two smaller Bundt pans around a crowded oven.
My signature cake (Robb Walsh's San Antonio Chocolate Cajeta Flan Cake) is a towering cake with layers of chocolate cake, flan, and caramel, and literally fills this 15-cup pan to the brim after steaming in a water bath for two hours. I certainly couldn't accomplish such a showstopping result using a 10-12-cup Bundt pan! (see photo)
Even if you choose a recipe with a smaller yield (8-12 cups), the finished product comes out photo-worthy every time. Because the finish is light (unlike some of the older Bundt pans), cakes come out evenly browned and don't overbake.
In addition to cakes, the Anniversary Pan is also great for gelatin molds, kugel, and molding cold salads. It's a breeze to wash, and is sure to be a kitchen staple for many years to come. Plus, it's made in the USA.
If I could only choose one Bundt pan, this would be it!! It would also make a great starter gift for new bakers or newlyweds
Very impressive. The quality, weight and finish make it a must-have. Within the first couple of weeks of receiving this pan, I baked 3 cakes that all turned out wonderfully. Gone are the days of uneven baking and cake sticking to the pan. Go ahead and treat yourself to this pan. You'll be glad you did
I purchased this bundt pan for my mother for Christmas. We got her a new Kitchen Aid mixer just before Thanksgiving. The cakes released easily and baked evenly. I was so impressed that I needed one for myself. Highly Recommend!!
I want to replace my old bundt pan. There were only two reviews on this, but if this pan performs as well as the reviews claim, I will probably also buy the new one that looks like petals for a different presentation.
I chose this because it is a wonderful product! My bundt cakes come out cleanly, with crisp edges! They are so beautiful! One piece of advice - use a non-stick cooking spray that has flour in it already to keep those cakes coming out easily. Love the handles of the pan - easy to grip.
What is the size of a cake baked to fill this pan? Would that cake fit within the Covered Pie Stand, sku 840462

Best Answer:A cake baked in this pan would be 9 1/2"" in diameter and 4 1/2"" deep. It would fit in the cake stand, which has a 10 1/2"" interior diameter and a 5"" depth, but it would be a pretty snug fit
