Good deal for this basic
I broke my white Pyrex after 2 decades and this is the largest similar item I could find. Haven't used it yet but for the price I couldn't go wrong.

Is it safe to use this in the broiler?
A shopper on Jun 3, 2015
Best Answer: A soufflé dish is too deep to use under the broiler; it will burn the top and not cook the bottom. If you want to melt or brown cheese for a minute or two on an already hot dish, you can get away with doing that the same as other casserole dishes.
